My journey into the world of birth support began when I became a mother myself. I've had the privilege of experiencing childbirth in various ways, including a medicated birth, a cesarean section, surrogacy, a homebirth, and a successful VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean). These diverse experiences have given me invaluable insights into the different aspects of the birthing process and the emotional and physical challenges that can arise. My dedication to helping families navigate the transformative journey of childbirth led me to become a certified birth doula.
Drawing on my personal experiences, I provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to expectant parents as they make informed decisions about their birth plans. I've been married for seven years to my loving and supportive partner. Together, we are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Ettalia and Holland. My experiences as a mother have deepened my understanding of the joys and challenges of parenthood, which I bring to my work as a doula. In addition to my work as a doula, I am an aspiring herbalist with a passion for the healing power of plants. I believe in the holistic approach to wellness and draw on my herbalism knowledge to support families with natural remedies and self-care practices during the prenatal, birthing, and postpartum periods.
