I’m Allie,

Children have always been my passion and my greatest joy. From gravitating toward the babies in the room to finding myself seated at the kids' table, even as an adult, my heart has always been drawn to little ones.

After college, I embarked on a journey to Italy, where I spent two incredible years teaching preschool at a bilingual school. Immersed in the beauty of travel and cultural exchange, I continued my adventures as an Au pair for a family of four in Paris and Shanghai. It was during this time that Doula's work sparked my fascination. Witnessing the transformative power of birth while supporting my host mother through the arrival of her fourth child ignited a deep-seated desire to aid others on their journey into parenthood.

After years of nurturing and teaching preschoolers and nannying, I pursued my lifelong dream of becoming a birth Doula.

Beyond my work, you can find me enjoying golf, exploring new destinations, attending concerts at Red Rocks, or simply relishing the fresh mountain air.

We had the absolute best experience with our Doula Allie! Her communication skills were excellent throughout the entire experience. From pregnancy to postpartum, Allie took the time to reach out and check on me and baby to make sure all our needs were met. During the birth, her presence was so calming and even the doctors and nurses commented on how tranquil our birth room felt. Allie made sure my voice was heard and my birth plan was followed. She brought a lightness to the experience and kept myself and my husband laughing and living in the moment. I would highly recommend Allie to anyone who is looking for an extremely professional doula who will put you and your baby first above all else! Her effervescent personality will have you forgetting all about your contractions, at least for a minute or two!

Merrie and Allie were amazing doulas and we were so lucky to have them there for this birth! I wanted to have an unmedicated birth and that extra level of support in the birth room. I was in prodromal labor for 5 days, she and Allie checked in me regularly and came by to help with progressing labor naturally and getting baby in the right position. After five days, I opted to be induced. I felt well prepared for this and what my options were thanks to Merrie’s guidance. They were with my husband and I every step of the way. They helped with changing positions and increasing my comfort, and even when I finally decided on an epidural- their support was amazing. We had the kind of experience I had hoped for and it was worth every penny. We had a beautiful birth experience and I know it would not have been the same without them. thank you so much Merrie and Allie!

By the time we needed to book a Doula for our second son in 2023 Misty was unavailable, but referred us to Allie who was also great.
