I’m Kacey,

A true Colorado native, I call Arvada home, where I reside with my husband, our three amazing boys, and our lovable Bassett Hound, Hazel. My journey has been rich with experiences, beginning with a career in education spanning over 13 years, where I had the privilege of shaping young minds as an art educator. Transitioning into a stay-at-home mom further deepened my connection to family and community.

Despite finding fulfillment in teaching, I yearned for something more. Birth work has always been a passion quietly nestled in my heart. It all began when my aunt invited me to witness the birth of my cousin during my teenage years. That profound experience left an indelible mark on me, igniting a lifelong fascination with the miracle of birth and the beauty of family bonds.

As a Doula, I see myself as a beacon of positivity and a staunch advocate for the power of knowledge. Education empowers women and their partners to navigate their birthing journey with confidence and resilience. My goal is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where expectant parents feel empowered to make informed decisions and embrace the transformative journey of childbirth.

Drawing from my background in education and my personal experiences as a mother, I bring a unique blend of compassion, understanding, and expertise to my doula practice. My mission is to provide comfort, connection, and reassurance in the birthing space, guiding families through one of life’s most profound experiences with grace and confidence. I am deeply honored to walk alongside you on this remarkable journey, and I look forward to being a part of your story.

I can't say enough good things about Kacey. She was professional, warm, and well-informed. This was our first baby, and so we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of support, and Kacey was calm and available for every preparatory step. Although I'd say Kacey really shined during the delivery. I had an unexpected turn with my delivery, and all of my plans went out the window (as I hear happens often!), and Kacey helped support me through lots of tears as we quickly navigated a big decision that went against my plans for an unmedicated natural birth. She also took nothing personally which I think is really key in this role, because you have no idea how you're going to feel when it's your first! I am so grateful to Kacey, as is my husband and as is my sweet baby Carolina who came into the world healthy and happy, partly because Kacey was there! I would recommend her 1000X.
